The rules governing your use of randomcam.app.

By accessing or using randomcam.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for minors under any circumstances.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The Service enables adults to connect anonymously with other adult users for one-on-one text and/or video chat, including optional matching based on shared interests, language, and (for premium users) gender or country.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that any match will be suitable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You may use certain features anonymously without an account. You may also create an account by authenticating with Google.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not create an account using false identity information.
You agree not to:
• Display, transmit, or solicit any nudity, sexual content, or sexually explicit material, in text or video;
• Engage in, promote, or solicit any illegal activity, including the exploitation or abuse of minors;
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or bully any person;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age;
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or other harmful content;
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's content or likeness without their explicit consent;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service;
• Collect or harvest information about other users.
You are solely responsible for the content you transmit and its consequences.
We operate automated and human moderation systems and provide a reporting mechanism. We may employ AI-based content moderation.
When you file a report, we may store the reason and a limited, rolling transcript of your conversation solely for moderation purposes.
Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, and IP-based bans. Our enforcement decisions are final.
We may disclose user information to law enforcement when required by law or to protect the safety of users or the public, including suspected crimes involving minors.
You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and disclose your content solely as necessary to operate, moderate, and secure the Service.
We may retain chat transcripts and connection logs for a limited period for safety and moderation purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. We cannot guarantee that other users will not record or disclose your conversations.
Premium subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and are governed by that processor's terms in addition to these Terms.
No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law.
The Service and its content are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You may be exposed to content or behavior from other users that is offensive, harmful, or objectionable. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Premium in the prior twelve months, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established.
Disputes shall first be resolved informally, then through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
